Who we are
AI Label Buster Pro ("the app") is made by SC LEX GLOBAL IT SRL (CUI 39743639, Reg. Com. J2018000908068), Romania ("we"). Contact: lex.media@gmail.com.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply.
Using the app responsibly
The app is for your own photos and videos, or ones you have permission to edit, for example a real photo that picked up an AI label from a small edit, or to keep your location private. You agree not to use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to pass off AI-generated images or videos as real in a way that misleads people. Platform rules on labelling AI content still apply to what you post.
What the app does and doesn't do
The app removes hidden metadata (such as Content Credentials, AI source tags, location and camera details) from a copy of your file and checks that the picture, video and sound are unchanged. It does not remove watermarks that are part of the picture itself, and it cannot control how a platform labels a post.
Subscription
Looking at what a file carries is free. Removing it needs AI Label Buster Pro, an auto-renewing monthly subscription. New subscribers may get a free trial; you are not charged until it ends. Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (App Store) or before the renewal date (Google Play). Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
No warranty
We work hard to make every clean copy correct and we verify it before you can save it, but the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
